Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Dedicated and motivated Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Healer.

Denise found her way to Spirituality through Yoga, while she was going through a painful breakup. She discovered a way to not only move her body and be more present, but also how to assist her own healing.  She became a Certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance, trained in vinyasa style but she teaches to all levels in a more gentle way.

Following her heart and her desire to help more people heal from within, she holds Certifications in Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Health Coaching, Yoga Nidra and as Reiki Master.

Denise offers services to clients interested in balancing the mind, body and spirit.
