Service Description

Special Event - Women Only Spend Saturday, April 8th with Denise Carraro Event starts 5:30PM During this event you’ll learn 3 different pranayamas (Breathing techniques) that can become handy tools for your daily life. You’ll be invited to shake (Denise will guide you, don’t worry) with the intention to release and move stagnant energy. It’s a really fun and effective technique to get you in your limbic brain and leave you ready to journal. While you journal, Denise will provide sound healing to keep you elevated. Denise will provide materials. You will go home with a new journal to continue your practice at home. Investment: $40 Length: 90 minutes Location: Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun (Kung Fu Studio) Address: 6959 Hancock Dr. Port St Lucie, FL 34952 (Plaza off of US1 - In the same plaza where Scented Dragon is, but other end.)

Cancelation Policy

I understand that situations come up unexpectedly. However, to protect my schedule, please kindly give 48 hours notice if you must cancel or re-scheduled a session. In-Person and Online Services (Reiki/Private Yoga/Coaching) Any cancellations less than 48 hours from the scheduled time will result in a $30 cancellation fee, that will be invoiced separately**. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NO REFUNDABLE Policy. If you incurred into a NO-SHOW meaning you didn’t contact me prior to let me know you won’t be able to attend and you let your session follow its course (your time starts without you) you won’t be able to reschedule for a different time. Because I prepped the whole session, room, blocked my schedule for you. 50% Refund may be available in certain cases. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Efective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF: You notify via text or email 48 hours prior to the class. Late Cancellations (24 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 24 hrs to fill your spot).
