WE ARE BACK!!! *Community Yoga Outdoors + Sounds* Please RSVP: https://www.lean-coach.me/service-page/psl-sunday-yoga-sounds Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. Start your day on the right foot, salute the sun with a smile, and move your body in a gentle way. You’ll leave energized, with a more mindful attitude, and you’ll be able to flow through your day with ease. Practice Yoga for about 40 minutes and then enter a guided savasana to receive a sound bath. Class is beginner friendly. *Sound bath will use crystal singing bowls (2-4) Dates: August: 13, 27 September: 10, 24 Class starts at 9am Class length: 60 minutes Location: Girl Scout Friendship Park Address: 315 NW Heather St., Port St. Lucie, FL 34983 Donation Based Bring your mat or beach towel, water and good vibes.

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations (48 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 48 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 48 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
