Service Description
*Community Yoga Outdoors + Sounds* New Schedule: From November 13th - March 2026 Class starts 5:55pm Please RSVP Unwind from your day with a calming, heart-centered yoga class designed to restore balance and peace. Set in the beauty of nature, this all-levels community class focuses on gentle stretches, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation—perfect for releasing tension after a long day. As the sun begins to set, you'll be guided through soothing postures that open the body and calm the nervous system, supported by the healing sounds of crystal bowls. The class concludes with an extended savasana under the open sky, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of the movement, and sound. Whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a peaceful way to end your day, this class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you. We will practice Yoga for about 35 minutes and then we will enter savasana to receive a sound bath*. Class is beginner friendly. *Sound bath will use crystal singing bowls (2-4) Classes at the park start September 25th. Class starts at 5:55pm** Class length: 55 minutes Location: Crestwood Park Address: 2650 Pine Rd. Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. Donations are welcome Bring your mat or beach towel, water and good vibes. **Class schedule will vary according Park hours September & October: Classes begin 6:30pm end 7:25pm November through March: Classes will start 5:55pm to end at 6:45pm

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations (48 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 48 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 48 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
