PSL | 60’ Sound Journey Valentine’s Day

Service Description

Special Class at Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun Port St. Lucie Wednesday, February 14th Starts 7pm 60’ Sound Journey is a pure sound immersion. 60 minutes of just soothing and blissful sound. On this Valentine’s Day you’ll be guided through sounds back to your heart, to experience love, acceptance, forgiveness. A sound journey is able to give you everything you and your spirit need in order to feel relaxed, grounded, calm, and aligned. You walk into the room with your phone on airplane mode (or off), unroll your mat, place your pillow and blanket down and then surrender onto your own cloud. A brief explanation of what a sound bath can do for you will be offered in the first 5 minutes of you settling in (and only when there are new attendees in the room,) if the whole class has attended any of my sound bath, we will just float from the first minute, all the way til is time for you to go home. What to bring: mat, blanket, pillow(s) come with comfortable clothes. If you need a session where you are guided into a meditation; try Sound & Yoga Nidra offered on a monthly basis on Monday 7pm.

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations (72 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 72 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 72 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
