Service Description

* Yoga Classes at Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun in Port St. Lucie* This is 5-Week Journey! (5 Class pass available at a discounted rate.) During these 5 weeks we will discover (or reconnect with) our yoga practice. Yoga can be intimidating at first, and when we jump on the mat without understanding alignment or modifications we are doing a disservice to our bodies, and our practice. In these 5 classes we will explore poses, we will learn how we can have a simple routine that can serve our body's needs. We will also be focusing on breathing techniques, ways to grow our meditation practice, and more. Come practice and learn with Denise and meet other like-minded people from your area. Class starts: Friday, January 19th Start time: 9:30am Length: 65 minutes Dates: 1st Friday, January 19 2nd Friday, January 26 3rd Friday, February 2 4th Friday, February 9 5th Friday, February 16 What to bring: Yoga mat + water. Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations (72 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 72 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 72 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
