What is a Sound Bath? A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body. What to expect when you book a session? The experience begins with You lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided focus on the breath, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies. What are the benefits of a Sound Bath? #1: Heals your body by reducing stress and anxiety. #2: Impact the human nervous system and decrease blood pressure. #3: Helps tune out your thoughts and tune in your meditation. #4: Allows you to open up and reconnect with one's self. #5: Makes you more relaxed, balanced, and focused. Service offered in the following Cities (Florida): Stuart • Jensen Beach • Port St. Lucie • Vero Beach Traveling Fee will be applied for cities outside Port St. Lucie Traveling Fee $25 applies to cities like Stuart, & Vero Beach. Traveling Fee $35 applies to areas from Sebastian-Palm Bay; Palm City to Jupiter. Traveling Fee $45 applies to areas from: West Palm Beach-North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington. Traveling Fee $55 applies to Cities located South of West Palm Beach up to Boca Raton. No Travel Fee applies to Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach & Fort Pierce. * This price is for Private or Small Group Session ** Additional attendees $18 per person. *** Invoice will include traveling Fee. Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations (72 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 72 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 72 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
