Service Description

Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra on the deck! Thursday, March 21st - 7pm Space is limited. Pre-Registration is required. This event will combine Sound Healing + Yoga Nidra. You will enjoy 20 minutes of Sound Healing at the beginning with a guided breath practice, and then we will enter a guided Yoga Nidra practice. You will leave feeling lighter and completely relaxed. If you've never experienced Yoga Nidra before, here's some information about it: Yoga Nidra is known as "the yogic sleep or dynamic sleep", that in fact has very little about sleeping. This is a practice where we flirt with the borderline of sleep; the student remains in the in-between state; between sleeping & wakefulness. In Yoga Nidra we systematically reach to different layers in the body. With this technique we tap into the central nervous system and into the subconscious mind, allowing the student to experience healing, whether is on a physical, emotional, or energetic level What you need: yoga mat, lightweight blanket, pillows (under knees and to rest your head) Investment: $30 Session’s length: 75 minutes Address: 11547 56th Pl N, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 (Parking and entrance through the wooden door by the canal) This class is outdoors. In case of bad weather class may be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Late Cancellations (72 hours or less)/No-Shows will result in full charge. No Refund/No Transferring to new date. (Please, understand you're giving me less than 72 hrs to fill your spot). Please send an email to denise@lean-coach.me or text 561-312-5310. No-Shows to any service/class is subject to a NON REFUNDABLE Policy. (Very important, if your session/class has started without you in it- IT'S A NO-SHOW, whether you are “on your way.” Doors for classes close 5 minutes into the class. Yoga On The Deck Cancellation Policy (Effective since 10/9/20) During Covid-19 this class is limited and strictly reduced to only 8 Students. You will have the chance to move your reservation to the next class IF You notify via text or email 72 hours prior to the class. 1:1 Sessions (The Awakened Soul/ The Rising Soul): You can transfer your pre-booked session to another day when notified 5 days in advance. Non-Refunds/Transfers to another person. You can transfer from In-person to distant session, you cannot transfer from distant to in-person, unless this has been talked through and agreed the moment you booked the session. Non Refund Policy for Workshops, special events, crystal sessions, unless you're notifying 10-8 days before the special class. Some workshops may have their own policy at the end of the description.
